Ultra Fit have a team of dedicated female Personal Trainers who are on hand to offer guidance, support, and encouragement throughout your fitness journey.  All personal training packages are personalised to suit you and your lifestyle, whether your goal is short term or long term be assured we have a PT for you!



Hey, I'm Sam, 

My love for fitness is not just about training and nutrition. I am passionate about educating and empowering other women to reach their potential whether that be with their physical heath or general well-being. Im currently a member of NASM and have a particular interest in woman’s health (pre and post-natal). I have previously coached in running and have collected a few marathon medals along the way however my real passion lies in strength training & powerlifting.

For me there is nothing more rewarding than becoming a stronger and more confident version of yourself. 
I recognise that there can be many barriers that prevent progress. Training with me will bring emphasis to shifting your mindset and with consistency you will achieve the results.
What I love the most is seeing a fitter stronger person at the end of a programme who has exceeded their own expectations.

I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy working out. I like to keep my style of training fun and exciting, with your fitness goals in mind.

Eating healthy is equally as important as being physically fit. My degree in Food and Nutrition has given me a confident understanding of dietary and health recommendations for different individuals. 
All in all, I am easy going, driven, a bit crazy and I know my stuff.
